We have specialised in the smaller end of the market and, in particular, we have been able to offer specialist packages for small developers where we have carried out all works to DPC, including site clearance and demolition. Pegasus theatre for Speller contracts

This involved the refurbishment and extension of the Pegasus theatre and involved many disciplines. In a tight construction period we renewed all services and drainage and constructed a hard landscaping scheme.

Pinson Close development for Avoncroft homes

This is a development of 17 units. We have completed the first phase foundations and substructure and drainage and are now completing the external works in preparation for the completion of the first phase. Ref Mr G Lewis.

Facility management services to include dda access, drainage service, ducting etc.
